Dr. Mike and the team are fantastic! From the second you walk into the office, the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Jess! After you have been going there a while, it begins to feel like family.Chiropractic with Dr. Mike has totally changed my life. While training for a half Ironman this summer, I had some recurring neck, back, and shoulder pain. Dr. Mike was extremely responsive to my needs and accommodating to my schedule. He gave me excellent chiropractic care and even sent me home with stretches and tools to ease my soreness. My back and neck pain has mostly dissipated, minus a stiff day here and there (which Dr. Mike is able to instantly fix). Also, Dr. Mike, having a fond appreciation for what it's like to be in grad school, is always stressing to me to keep my back and general health in order throughout my time in law school. I tremendously value Dr. Mike's personal connection that he makes with every client. I know that he wants nothing but the very best for me and my health. In addition, they have amazing massage therapists that are also really easy to squeeze into your schedule.I am always in a better mood when I leave Fremont Spine and Wellness. Not only do they make your neck and back feel fantastic, but thy have a way of making you just happy you stopped in, which is something I have never felt before in a doctors office of any kind. I would recommend someone to see Dr. Mike in a heartbeat!–Deserae A., Seattle, WA
My first interaction with Fremont Chiropractic was on the phone. The receptionist wanted to schedule a consultation first, but I told her that I had to get in that day. You see, I couldn't sit or stand or doing anything other than lay down on my left side. Seems that the tension in my back was holding my spine together and after the massage I had the night before, the tension was gone. Couldn't ignore my back problems anymore. She squeezed me in that day and we got started on my treatment. They really work with you and your insurance company so it's really affordable. They promised that I would see drastic improvement after 6 months and I did. Really. I slowed down my visits and when I was in a car accident I ramped them up again. They don't give the hard sell, but do advise in a soft touch manner, which I appreciate.–Sheila S., Seattle, WA
I have never been to a chiropractor before even though I have had back issues for 12 years. I've done physical therapy, surgery, drugs, acupuncture, massage, exercise...you name it! Over the past year I did something to my back and even with all the PT etc it never fully felt like I was "whole". The pain would subside but the top and bottom halves of my body felt disconnected and I could tell that I was leaning forward and unable to stand erect. Even without nerve pain I could tell that my muscles were being overused and stressed out. Then about three weeks ago something went horribly wrong and I found myself getting progressively worse to the point where I found myself unable to walk when I got out of bed and I would end up in child's pose on the floor crying waiting for the four advil I took to give me enough relief to stand up. This went on for a few days before I finally broke down and went to Dr. Mike. I recently started a new job and my insurance doesn't kick in until Dec. 1st so that's why I waited so long to be seen! Here's the lowdown on my experience with Dr. Mike...1. He's incredibly compassionate. Due to pain and lack of sleep I lost my sh*t in his office and started to sob. He was very gracious, positive, and made me feel like what I was going through was valid and treatable. He also hooked me up same day with his doctor so I could get some better pain meds so I could sleep and improve my daily functioning while he worked on me.2. I see Dr. Mike 3 times a week at present. He always asks me how the days between sessions were, what I noticed, what's changed, how I'm feeling etc. He listens to the answers and gives me sound advice on what I should and shouldn't be doing at home which right now is very little except for icing and heating.3. After a mere week and a half - two weeks with him I have more relief than I did after a month and a half with a physical therapist. I'm straighter than I've been in a year. The pain is almost completely gone. I already notice more mobility and flexibility in my spine (the x-rays initially showed no curvature and some discs bulging as well as bone spurs).I'm not "healed" yet but I highly recommend Dr. Mike! I was scared to see a chiropractor because I thought it was all popping and cracking. Dr. Mike uses very gentle techniques that do not cause any pain or discomfort and I feel better almost immediately after seeing him while also noticing improvements between visits.Don't be scared of chiropractic! Dr. Mike knows what he's doing!–Sivie S., Seattle, WA
Dr. B is a pain management magician . . . and don't be intimidated by the Fremont address, I have ALWAYS found parking within a block!–Mindy C., Seattle, WA
I have never liked chiropractors as I have had terrible experiences in my past, but all that changed when I began seeing Dr. Mike and Dr. Brett at Fremont Spine and Wellness. I had debilitating pain in my shoulder for most of my adult life, and despite an abundance of experts I have seen in the past, my pain persisted. I have been with Fremont Spine and Wellness now for a matter of months and my neck/shoulder feels a million times better! I have my range of motion back, I can do things I was not able to do for years, and I am sleeping better through the night. Thank you doctors (and Brenna, my masseuse)!!!

Dr. Mike and the entire office are amazing! It is immediately apparent that the entire office loves what they doWhen I came to their office I had resigned myself to living with neck and shoulder pain. I am a runner and have just learned to do my training in the morning or I wouldn't be able to run. Dr. Mike did a thorough assessment of the origin of my pain and has provided excellent and effective chiropractic care. I have undergone steroid injections, PT, Hellerwork, Massage and Acupuncture with little to no permanent relief or improvement. Now I can run in the afternoon if I want! Dr. Mike is very compassionate and caring and his plan for Chiroprctic care, rehab and massage has made all the difference in my recovery. I would recommend Fremont Spine and Wellness whole-heartedly!–Maurine B., Issaquah, WA
