I started at Fremont Spine + Wellness back in April and wanted to get evaluated regarding my neck and mid back. After going over x-rays, Dr. Shane Walton created a plan for me in order to help correct my neck and back. Everyone in the office made me feel comfortable as soon as I walk in the door. The in office exercises and home care kit has really helped me maintain my health. I have more mobility in my neck and less strain in my mid back. Even though I had to stop with my appointments/adjustments they made sure that I knew to continue my home care and that I am welcome back anytime I’m ready. I came in due to TOS symptoms and was tired of being uncomfortable all the time. I can feel my posture improving and I can notice more when I'm falling into a bad posture habit. My TOS symptoms are not as frequent as before and I am impressed with all the changes so far.

The whole team at Fremont Spine and wellness are nothing short of amazing! I’ve been working on reopening an L&I claim and Dr. Walton and Paulina have been supportive and helpful every step of the way going above and beyond to make sure I get all the forms filled out appropriately. Every time I’ve come in to the clinical it’s always warm, welcoming, and clean! Paulina and Zoie are always ready to greet me and get me set up right away. Dr Walton has been very thorough with my care. He’s shown a genuine care in my recovery. The team also seems so happy to be there and passionate about their role in their patients health. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing sharp lower back pains for the past year due to work. I was about to lose all hope until I found this place. Zoie and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-taken care of. I’m about halfway through my program already, and I have nothing but great things to say. After a work related injury I came to Dr Walton for imaging and confirmed there was some damage to my neck. I’ve been in treatment for a little over one month and feel significantly better—I haven’t had headaches thankfully and overall feel I’m on a road to recovery. The staff and front desk are incredibly polite and helpful as I began my treatment and with scheduling.

I am being treated for my scoliosis, a lifelong condition. I have gone to chiropractors all my life for treatment. I was concerned about the frequency of visits 3x/week + 3 months + homecare 25 min/day everyday. I committed to the plan and am now done and on maintenance. I feel great and the FSW team helps me keep the gains I have made. 80%+ reduction in pain and tightness in my shoulders. I also see Traci for monthly massages which helps immensely. Fantastic Staff, lovely amd warm, alway able to accommodate. I highly recommend. When I started coming to FSW i had lower back pain and was hunched, with in there estimated time i was back to feeling normal, gain a few inchs of my hight back because i dont hunch anymore.

So grateful for this place and their team. Came in with terrible lower back pain and after some X-rays Dr. Walton was able to explain the root of the problem. After a few adjustments the pain decreased and I gained a lot of mobility. Highly recommend!!!!!

All the team at Fremont Spine & Wellness is amazing! Dr. Walton and Dr. Clark, so kind and lovely to be around they took care of my family after we were in a car crash and the improvement has been amazing, we have seen it reflected in all parts of our life in a very positive way. Zoe and Paulina are the best helping with scheduling appointments and accommodating as much as possible to our busy schedule and Traci's hands (Massage therapist) are incredible after a long hard day she will chase the stress away! and Ziggy wagging his tale at you as soon as you enter the door makes it feel like home. Couldn’t speak more highly of this office! 1) the staff is INCREDIBLE. I would recommend this corrective chiropractic clinic to anyone looking for better posture and strength in your back. I have been doing treatment for my neck pain and lower back pain post labor and delivery. My posture has improved as well as I have more strength in my neck and shoulders. The clinic also has a healing vibe which works great. Recommend both Dr. Walton and Dr. Clark for adjustments!

Top flight facilities, knowlegeable chiropractors & helpful staff. They have a wall of patient graduates of their treatment programs that are now in an ideal health maintenance phase for life. One cannot hope for more than that in life! They also have good tasting drinking water, which this native Seattlite truly appreciates.

I’ve been coming to Fremont Spine + Wellness for over a year, my doctor is Dr. Walton and I’ve always had a great experience here, my back always feels so much better after my adjustments and it’s made a huge difference in getting a good night’s sleep—and this past week was next-level. Last week I woke up with a pinched nerve, and the staff was so accommodating to my calls asking if I could come in that day. They fit me in for a same-day appointment every time I asked for one, and I’m extremely grateful for that because I was in serious pain. And now I'm not! What can I say about these guys?! I love ‘em! Everyone here is very welcoming and so pleasant to be around! I drive to Seattle about 2-3x a week from Issaquah just to see these guys. In the past 8 months, I’ve gotten to know everybody that works here and I’m really thankful for everybody. I have been in pain for about 5 years and with the regimen they’ve had me on, I’ve been feeling less pain in my body overall. I have really bad neck issues that they’ve been slowly trying to fix. I can tell you that their whole treatment plan really does work. If it wasn’t for them, I would still be having severe pain every day. I’ve been going to Fremont Spine and Wellness since 2021 after experiencing some neck and back pain. That year, I was put in an intensive plan (3x weekly) to correct my posture and pain. A year later, I had no neck pain and my posture improved immensely. I wasn’t too informed about chiropractic care in general, but they helped me through the process and I immediately saw benefits. The staff and practice is very professional and kind. I look forward to each visit and I highly recommend this to anyone!

I came in because I was having low back pain and pain was radiating down my leg. I had gotten to a point where I thought that I wasn't going to be able to fix it. I was skeptical about going to a chiropractor since previous Drs I had visited were not as informative or helpful. Even though I am at the start of my journey, I am already seeing results and feeling slightly better. I would and did recommend this practice to others. The whole team provides a very comfortable atmosphere for the office, they are all so friendly and helpful. I appreciate the honesty, the education, and the continued support in this health journey. In addition to continued check-ins and progress reports, you personally are also fully involved in your success at this chiropractic office. There are exercises in office to help with the adjustment and then exercises and training at home to help aid in your progress. The progress reports the team does help to keep you motivated and confident that you are going in the right direction with your spine. I’ll update in a few months with my own progress!!

After several years in the military I have experienced chronic neck and back pain. I was searching for a sustainable and long term treatment solution that didn't include chronic pain meds. I have been going here for just over 2 months and it’s been so worth it. I have suffered with back and neck pain for 10 years, and have had quite severe kyphosis issues. I had very little mobility.My pain is now much more uncommon and less severe. I have seen incredible improvements in my posture and self-confidence. The team is also incredibly nice and makes sure you know everything and are comfortable! :)I still have a while to go in my journey, but I never expected to find as much relief as I have here. Definitely recommend trying it out!
